As part of the development of Franco-Chinese scientific cooperation, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) are setting up several scientific cooperation programs in 2023 to support the mobility of researchers between France and the People’s Republic of China (except Hong Kong and Macao). These programs are coordinated by the Higher Education, Research and Innovation Unit (ESRI) of the French Embassy in China.
